1857-64 8d scarlet-vermilion 4d bisected diagonally U on entire to Baltimore from St. John’s, Newfoundland, by S.S Vesuvius, via Halifax, Nova Scotia, sent Oct 11th 1862, arrived, Nov 24th 1862, two filing creases, one through stamp (large margins two sides), not detracting from appearance.
