Japan, 1919, Restoration of Peace, 1½s and 4s, on First Day-cancelled picture post card sent to Germany (Scott 155, 157), each stamp a margin example (4s bottom, 1½s top) and each tied by ram's head 8.7.1 Large Commemorative Datestamp from Tokushima prefecture; bicolored handstamp at left from Mukai Nichi-Ei-Do postcard company for the Shikoku Fair; photo on reverse shows a scene from inside the Fair from the Marugame City pavilion, Very Fine, a nice First Day, and an interesting look at inter-war Japanese commercial activity.
