Greece 1899 "Paroikia" (Paros Island): Registered News-Band wrapper to France bearing Hermes Head 10l. orange-yellow pair and single tied by "????????/????S/99" doubel-circle d/s in blue, with registered h/s alongside, Athens transit dater and Paris arrival c.d.s. on the reverse. The wrapper with central fold and partially stained, but a scarce item of Circular Registered mail from this small town on Paros island.
