EXTENSIVE GREAT BRITAIN STOCK, includes several hundred mixed mint and used singles and sets but mostly used, contained in four counter books where all is identified by Scott number and catgalog value, quantities generally in the 1-3 range with some in the 5-10 range and a few higher, virtually every stamp or set catalogs over $30 with hundreds of items in the $50-200 range and some up to $1,200 catalog value, the overall condition is really pretty clean but some faults are to be expected, there are a good number of varieties and plate number items included, some of the better items here are: 1(4), 28, 37, 40(2), 52, 53(Pl. 1), 53a(2), 57(Pl. 2), 69(Pl. 15 x2), 70(Pl. 15 & 16), 73(3), 105, 106(3), 107(6), 109(3), 139, 141, 174, 175(2), 179-81(2); there is also one book of B.O.B. material here, certainly a huge amount of catalog value and also a good amount of retail value with this lot, we have included a number of scans of this lot but viewing will be a distinct advantage to the serious bidder, a good amount of work has already been done and this one is pretty much ready to go (Image)

EXTENSIVE G.B. #33 USED PLATE STUDY, this study includes about 4,000 mostly different singles, virtually all are hinged on "plate study" album pages by plate number and position, virtually all are used, usual mixed condition and a nice array of cancels with some better cancels here and there, includes about 25 different plates of which plate number 122 and 150 are complete(240 positions), the values on each position range from $3.00 to 21.00 per stamp, the plates and number are as follows: 122(240), 134(232), 140(172), 147(217), 148(211), 149(197), 150(240) another 150(173), 155(139), 156(166), 157(141), 158(138), 190(123), 191(118), 193(106), 196(139), 197(103), 198(111), 199(134), 200(156), 201(155), 202(113), 203(90), 204(200), 205(182); certainly one of the best #33 position groups we have ever handled, much of the work is done but there are still many challenging plates to complete, it probably took the collection years to accomplish what has been put together here, that time should be factored in figuring the value of this plate study, if this area interests you don't let this opportunity slip by since they rarely appear on the market with this many different stamps (Image)
