RARE 1856 COVER WITH RE-USED STAMP PLUS THREE RELATED FORMS: 13 Jan. 1856 EL to Arfeuilles ex La Palisse franked by re-used French 20c stamp (obviously cancelled by dotted cancel on previous use), subsequently spotted by the Post Office in transit and with lengthy note added to front of the envelope in purple ink (in French).
