image CLASSIC ISSUE & CANCELLATION: Small cover franked with single 1908 ½ pi on ½ red 'Provisional' opt issue (SG 134) tied by "DIRREDAQUA ABYSSINIE" cds 3 Jan. 1909 with fine second strike. Addressed to DJIBOUTI with arrival cds on reverse. Cover has some very light stains but otherwise a fine and rare issue used on cover. (Image)
