image BOURNEMOUTH - AN INTERESTING ASSEMBLY IN THREE ALBUMS: 1911-90 The group of covers/cards (79) inc. 6 Oct 1911 wrapper and 17 Jan 1912 env to Bournemouth with "MISDIRECTED TO" h.s. 24 Mar 1913 PC from France to Bournemouth with a similar h.s. 5 June 1922 PC with "PARKSTONE" h.s. 17 Aug 1923 card to Bournemouth with a small "MISDIRECTED TO" h.s. 1918 env from Bournemouth with a small boxed "Found open and/resealed at Bournemouth" h.s. together with label. Also a group of Bournemouth event and FDC's. inc. 19 Nov 1957 graphite line issue 1st day cover. An interesting group. Two further albums, one containing 1902-98 selection of envs./cards (50) and pieces (50) with a good range of Bournemouth c.d.s. inc. double and single ring types plus a few Bournemouth & Poole examples. 7 May 1935 Jubilee ½d to 2½d plain FDC. (SG - £500). 1905 ½d Vaccination Certificate used at Boscombe. 1916 2d black registered env. from "F.P.O. /A.D. 2" plus another 1942 env from "No 38 R.T. WING No12/BOURNEMOUTH".
