LARGER DERBYSHIRE TOWNS IN PICTURE POSTCARDS: An extensive accumulation of used and unused cards 1910s-1950s with the majority pre-1940. In mixed condition with a number of the better cards having a dealer's cachet from the 1970s on the back. Bakewell (32), Buxton (174), Chesterfield (30), Derby (245 plus 2 real photo booklets) and Matlock & Matlock Bath (199). All inc. the usual mix of town views but also suburbs and many attractive or less-common subjects by a variety of publishers. A little duplication but a useful lot. Derbyshire Dales (143) predominantly Dovedale or Millersdale but inc. many different views inc. some uncommon or unusual. A little duplication but a useful lot with many less common subjects.
