Cuba and Puerto Rico, 1855-1905, Collections, mounted on Scott and handmade pages, Puerto Rico starts with an attractive starter collection of about 150 Spanish era stamps (including a few hundred dollars catalogue value with some useful items such as unused #5-6, 131-132 and used #133), followed by a nice assortment of U.S. overprints at both angles with unused: two #213, 214, 214 "FORTO' variety, J1-J2, J1-J1a pair, J3a and used J3a, cut squares #U1-U2, U15-U18, and W1, a small group of Rectified Spirits stamps, and a set of Aerovias triangles, Cuba begins with about 100 various Spanish era Cuba including regulars, revenues and newspapers (nothing too exciting but some attractive and useful stamps totaling a couple of hundred dollars catalogue value), then three likely forged Puerto Principe surcharges, then a small group of U.S. era overprints and pictorials including unused #226 and E2, and republic era #232a and 232c overprint errors, mixed but generally quite nice condition, many attractive and useful items, F.-V.F. lot.
