1900, Rebel provisional government in Cucuta, 5 ctvos. with green "Gobierno Provisional" at right side + printed manuscript name "Andres B Fernandez" on the left side, scarce error, not listed in the BARRIGA catalogue, one piece known in the JIM CROSS collection. The Copacarta (the journal of copaphil) vol.1 num.1 of august 1963 includes an article of Jim Cross, in which he notes the he owns one example of this error, which is shown, (but not the same as this one), and it is not listed in the Barriga catalogue. (Scott 182 var.) ÷ 1900, CUCUTA (Santander) - Revolutionsausgabe 1900, 5 ctvos mit grünem Handstempel-Kontrollaufdruck rechts und zusätzlich links grosser gedruckter Aufdruck "Andres B. Fernandez", im Barriga-Spezialkatalog unbekannt und laut Copacarta ist nur ein weiteres Exemplar in der Jim Cross-Sammlung enthalten.(Michel 4 F). (Image)
