1893 Postal stationery registered envelope 10c. pink, format H (202 x 127 mm), Type II, sent by a Prisoner of War, Camp Ragama to Elberfeld, Germany via Colombo in 1902, uprated on front by 1886 5c. purple and further adhesive (vanished), cancelled by small "RAGAMA CAMP/MR 7/02" c.d.s., and with large oval "RAGAMA CAMP/PASSED/CENSOR" h/s in violet, transit and '1.4.02' arrival dater.
