image Canal Zone, 1909, 2c vermilion & black, Error in 1¢ Booklet Cover (Scott 32c), complete unexploded booklet, "Isthmian Canal Commission/25c" on cover and containing four panes of 6 of the 2¢; the booklet handmade with full stitching completely intact, the stamps with perforated margins, booklet cover Type A also included; stamps adhering to interleaving, still Very Fine, a scarce survivor, a great booklet rarity, only 6 intact booklets recorded (of which a couple may be duplicate listings).

Apparently a few 1¢ covers were printed in salmon colored stock by error, the postal employees assembling used the colors to place the panes inside and therefore didn't notice the covers were for the 1¢ panes
