EXPERIMENTAL MACHINE PACKETS: Shoebox with a qty of 30p & 60p packets containing Scottish regionals. These cardboard packets were made up by hand, filled with a few loose stamps and sold from converted cigarette machines. A very unprofitable trial that was exclusive to Scotland and only lasted through 1977/78. Mostly the first Feb. issue but also inc. some June issues with changed postal rates & contents.
