Baltic States, The Baltic Bazaar Collection, 1918-2008, in a Scott Specialty album (three-ring binder) with clear Showguard-style mounts, about 95% complete, mainly used until 1940; from independence in 1991 through 2008 mainly never hinged with a few used stragglers; includes more than four dozen different Central Lithuania mint or used; Estonia mainly used, some mint to 1940, Semi-Postals almost complete, strong Air Mails, #NB1-NB5 mint perforated and imperforate; Latvia is over 90% complete; Lithuania also mostly complete, with #B52-B54 never hinged, Air Mails mainly complete mint, plus Occupation issues; Memel is 2/3 complete, mainly mint, Fine to Very Fine overall.
