Western Australia includes some forgeries of earliest issues. We note NSW 1897 Hospital Charity pair SG 280/281 with faults i.e. paper hinge or no gum. Also a very fine range of Victoria 1884-96 Stamp Duty Postal Fiscals & defins. with values to 15/- brown & £1 orange, all with Melbourne 22 Oct. 1897 cds's plus KGV Fiscals to £1 brown & blue. ACCUMULATION OF POSTAL STATIONERY, CARDS & COVERS: Used & unused range of Postal stationery cards & envs. from all 6 States. Includes several Official covers & fronts from Australian Museum, Sydney mostly addressed to GB. Also a long, printed O.H.M.S. env. inscribed "CROP REPORTS" with the printed 4d brown NSW stamp optd. "Specimen". A few early stamped covers noted inc. Dec. 1856 cover from Sydney to Melbourne franked with a pair of 3d yellow green imperfs.
