1917, 2¢ carmine, D.L. watermark, perf 11 (Scott 519), wavy line machine cancel, bold color and impression, exceptionally well centered example of this incredibly difficult used stamp, straight edge with guideline at right, fabulous eye appeal; small tear at top, vertical crease at bottom, otherwise Very Fine to Extremely Fine, a genuinely rare stamp, with 2011 P.F. certificate.
