image 1916, 2¢ carmine, type I, imperf, with private roulette (Scott 482 var.), a remarkable block of 10, with horizontal center line and, given the wider spacing, appearing to be from the sheet's bottom margin; intensely rich color and clean impression for the stamps themselves, the pin-point rouletting generally nicely placed vertically, running at a slight diagonal horizontally, Very Fine, a scarce item and of interest to the postal student, believed to be attributed to J. Hull Wilson, with 1986 A.P.S. certificate. Suggested Bid $600-800 (Image)
