Housed in two Scott albums with a higher degree of completion not normally seen for this country; starting with a few first issues used and 2nd issue mint, 5c-1p 1861 New Granada issues present, other 1860's issues with later completion, 1870-80's issue appear to be complete to additional, later near complete to complete issues with predominately mint after 1945, airmails with a pleasant showing of SCADTA issues including lettered overprints, states issue mostly mint, etc.; a nice collection and a excellent foundation for continuation.
