Africa, "Counter Offer" Mint Souvenir Sheets, Booklets & Blocks in Counter Books, 1949-2018, The countries of Lesotho, Liberia, and Libya, as well as a bit of Eritrea, Ethiopia, and Somalia, all housed in six counter books with incredible mint stock made up almost entirely of souvenir sheets, booklets and se-tenant blocks & strips well into the 2010s. Some better earlier material, like Ethiopia #365 (sheet of 10), Liberia C56a (perf & imperf), C77 (4 enlarged reproductions as footnoted in Scott), Libya 217a (3), 263a imperf (6), but emphasis is on the modern era, with many items in duplication but not crazy amounts, normally just one or two extras.
