Balance of the Dr. Philip Kotsios collection of classics, regular issues, commemoratives and air mails house in two Scott Platinum albums, a few issues to 1861 are used, including 1851 1c Ty. II and IV, 5c, 10c Ty. II and Ty. III and 12c and 1857 5c Brown Ty. I, however the vast majority of the collection is mint, including 1857 10c Ty. V and 24c, 1861-66 1c, 2c, 3c, 10c and 15c, 1869 1c and 12c, plus a 1c re-issue, 1870-71 National Bank Note Co. 3c with grill and 1c-6c, 10c and 15c-24c without grill, Continental Bank Note Co. 6c-10c, American Bank Note Co. 1c (2), 2c, 3c and 15c (2), as well as some 1881-88 issues, small bank notes complete except for 6c and 8c, 1c-3c, 5c-6c, 10c and 30c-50c Columbians, 1c-50c unwatermarked Bureau issues, 1c-50c watermarked Bureau issues and the 1898 issue complete, Pan-Americans complete, 1c-50 1902 issue, the 20th century commemoratives are complete to 1934, except 2c Lincoln on bluish paper and 1c-10c Orange yellow Panama-Pacific perf. 12, but including the White Plains souvenir sheet, the Washington-Franklins are extensive with 1908-09 to $1.00 complete, then single line wmk. except 5c and 8c, 1c and 2c bluish papers, 1912-14 perf. 12 8c-30c and $1.00, most watermarked perf. 10s to 30c, plus a $1.00, most unwatermarked perf. 10s (lacks 15c, 30c and $1.00), most rotary coils in singles and line pairs (most of the flat plate coils are fake), 1918-20 $2.00 and $5.00 Franklin, offset issues except #534B, 1922 issue complete and most of the following regular issues including #599A single and pair and the air posts are complete except for the $1.30 and $2.60 Graf Zeppelins, somewhat mixed condition to the late Bank Notes, as well as among occasional later issues, with some small faults, regummed or reperfed, but overall quite a decent balance, with the 20th century being particularly nice with most having been chosen for their superior centering so there are many nice VF and XF stamps to be found, overwhelmingly o.g. or l.h., with a fair amount of n.h. so well deserving of a careful inspection; 55 certificates accompany, 28 of which are graded, including 29 with grades of 90 or higher.

Massive mint sheet, booklet and plate block accumulation running from the 1950s through to 2010s, filling a plastic bin with sheet and block folders, albums, and hundreds of album pages, a quick review suggests several thousand dollars in face value alone, including a significant number of Forever and dollar value denominations; a worthy lot for further inspection and calculation.

Mint collection in two Harris United States Classic stamp albums, sparse to the 1930s, though we note Columbians which are present to the 30c, a selection of Trans-Mississippi including attractive 8c and 10c examples, complete Pan-Americans, then appears to be complete to 1980, including many airmail, special delivery, and other back of the book issues; completed by a handful of mint sheet files consisting of many dozens of predominantly 3c and 4c era sheets and part-sheets; typically fresh, bright stamps throughout.

Used collection in a Scott National album, sparse to 1879 Bank Note issues, then a large degree of completion from 1916-19 coils through to 1967, also includes a good selection of several hundred revenue stamps and back of the book material, typical mixed condition among the earlier examples, otherwise mostly fine-very fine.
