Cuba, Puerto Principe Provisional Overprints, 1898-99, Two Scott Specialty pages, from two different collections, holding 125 stamps, but, about 50 of which are mint/unused; all are identified by Scott number and a few are signed, but at least 95% are not. Our value includes several $1,000-and-up stamps like #189C used on piece, 189 unused without gum, 211 used on piece, 217-219 mint/unused, 219a mint & 220 used, but doesn't include a few others (e.g. #179F-G which are mint but only priced used, etc. Condition is generally F-VF and there's bound to be some good value here, fully imaged online. Cuba, Extensive collection of mint, used and covers, 1798-1898, extensive collection of mint, used and covers. Early issues are in mounts on Schaubek blank pages and later issues are hinged on Spanish album pages, with detailed notes in Spanish throughout. There is an extensive coverage of the first issue, including cancel and shade varieties, strips and blocks. Issues from about 1875 are fairly complete, plus Officials. And there are a few stamps of Spain used in Cuba, also some Revolutionary Government issues. In addition to the stamps, there are 20 covers with stamps plus 18 stampless folded letters; occasional minor toning or other small fault, generally Fine to Very Fine.
