image 1869 (1875 Re-issue), 30¢ ultramarine & carmine (Scott 131), the stamp we've all been looking for, with intense colors in perfect register, clean paper, outstanding centering, and bearing light grid and town postmarks that leave the design still perfectly visible, Extremely Fine, choice—and scarce in this condition, only 1,535 sold; only two used stamps at this grade, with just four rating higher, according to PSE's population report, with 2018 P.F. certificate graded XF 90.
