Of 24 covers and two cards; includes 8 early stampless showing various internal rates including 1847 Launceston to Cambelltown, Tasmania with manuscript "4" rating for ½ delivered beyond Hobart Town and Launceston, various stamped usages including 1894 Adelaide, S.A. to Cincinnati, O. official Post Office and Telegraph Dept. cover with Official 1891, 2½d on 4d deep green which no doubt was for return or more to pay letter, 1904 Brokenhill, N.S.W. "Officially Registered" handstamp cover to Hobart, Tas. with "T" and manuscript "4d" rating, 1894 Acknowledgment of Delivery form charge 2½d, early Victoria cover with half-length issues not belonging, 1904 unaccepted free frank of Empress Marie Caroline, etc., generally F.-V.F. or better.

image New South Wales, 1851, Sydney View, 2d Prussian blue, plate IV, laid paper. Horizontal pair with left stamp having Fan with six segments, paper showing part of papermaker's watermark, large to huge margins all around, each stamp cancelled by Raymond Terrace numeral "57" barred oval; faint vertical crease through left stamp not affecting appearance, otherwise Very Fine and scarce example of this variety, especially desirable in a pair with papermaker's watermark, with 2013 B.P.A. certificate.
