Germany: Federal Republic, "Mental Block" Mind-Numbing Mint & Used Block Collection, 1949-2017, Beautifully presented in 25 volumes of hingeless Lindners, a MNH collection of many 1000's of blocks, most in duplication with either various plate positions or marginal markings, such as Hausauftragsnummer (HAN numbers) or with Reihenwertzahl (total value of row). Many full sheets too, and once we hit the 1990s, the highly collectible Zehnerbogen (blocks of ten). 100's upon 100's of used blocks as well, and for many of the earlier definitives, this brings up the topic of Waagerechte Paare (horizontal pairs) which sell at a premium. Better mint blocks include #679-82, B310-13, B320-23, B327-30, B332-33, B334-37, B338-41, C61-64. Extremely comprehensive from 1955-2002 with most everything present and catalogue value that's simply off the charts, overall Very Fine, a flip of two volumes online as reference. Specialized Collection of Mint & Used Definitives with Se-tenant Combinations, 1954-2006, Four hingeless Lindner albums with an extensive collection of definitives, from Heuss to the Flowers of the early 2000s, most with a mint & used copy side by side and duplicates featuring marginal markings, along with booklet panes, various Zusammendrucke, horizontal pairs, tête-bêche & gutter pairs, and mint & used coil strips of five, many in duplication with various control numbers. Just looking at the Heuss issue alone, we found such better as MiNr. H-Bl. 8X, WZ 15aIIIY, and large portions of Markenheftchenbogen, like a block of 40 from MHB 5. In addition, a stockbook filled with many 100's more both mint & used. Lots like this don't come around every day, and you can have a good look at it online, overall Very Fine.
