France and Colonies Mint and Used Collection and Accumulation, in one 64-page stockbook, a Scott Specialty album and a small binder. The France material starts with the earliest issues and goes to about 1990 and includes many back-of-the-book issues. Duplication is reasonable and generally under 5 copies. Madagascar, Réunion, Somali Coast and Tunisia are the best represented colonies. Quality varies but is better than usual for this type of stock. (Image)
