Virtually complete for the period, plus lots of duplication, on Scott Specialty album pages in a mismatched Scott binder; includes strength in First Issues (including reference material) and such highlights as #35-36 (used), 66 (unused, regummed over small thins), 319 (used), 324 (2 used), etc., with many, if not most, sets duplicated; aso includes nice sections of Carupano and Guayana Locals and a strong showing of "GN" perfins; condition is generally F-VF throughout.
