In Minkus specialty album, with decent section of early French Occupation overprints and French Mandate issues, with strong level of completion from 1920's to 1996, with good section of 1938-1940's airmail souvenir sheets, with highlights (mint): 11-20, 133-36, 166-69, 209-30, 306-10, C14-17, C57-66, C88a, C141a, C143a, C145a, C147a, C156a, RA10 and (used): several early postal tax stamps and RA11-12. Condition appears better than usual, with a small amount of small faults among early issues, generally Fine to Very Fine, ex Sheeran.
