Samoa, 1914, Overprinted Postal Fiscals, 10s red brown & £1 rose (Scott 24-25), each used on a separate registered cover from Apia to Cincinnati, OH: the 10s via Vancouver, B.C. and Seattle on Sep 17, 1915, with two 6d Edward VII Admirals; the £1 via San Francisco on Jan 20, 1919, with a 2½d George V; the £1 cover has a small tear at the bottom edge, otherwise Fine to Very Fine.
