In three Scott Specialty albums, comprising Empire and USSR, Offices, and Republics; two volumes devoted to Russia proper, needing incredibly few items for completion; many popular sets present (some broken), and unchecked for watermarks, etc.; Airs, Dues, even a handful of Zemstvo postal stationery (!); third volume features the Republics, mostly pre-Soviet but a few post-independence issues sprinkled in as well, plus an apparently complete Mongolia 1932-81 (plus), nice Tannu Tuva, a page of Turkestan (!), plus Russian Revenues, postal stationery (mint and used, including St. Petersburg Locals), etc., etc., Fine to Very Fine with much better, rare to find such a well-filled collection; inspection a must.
