Romania, 1919, Karl I, 1h-90h (Scott 1N35//1N45), complete less the rare 80h value (Scott #1N46, Michel #XI), incredibly fresh and bright with superior centering; 1h-3h, 20h, 30h, 50h & 60h values never hinged, others only lightly so; the 45h with closed tear at top right, still Very Fine, a scarce group, as they were on sale only at the Vienna post office for just a few days before the Armistice was announced.
