image Portugal, Prodigious Collection, 1853-1940. On a sheaf of Scott pages needing, by our count, just three spaces to fill; replete with early embossed issues, kings and overprints, the ever-popular St. Anthony, da Gama, Henry the Navigator, Camões and Ceres sets, plus Historical issues and everything else through 1940; Back-of-the-Book is also complete from Airs and Dues to Parcel Posts and Franchise Stamps; some condition issues to the mid-1870s, but generally clean; APEX certificates accompany for #1 and 3 (noting faults), 49 (an 1885 reprint) and 109 (no gum, otherwise sound and genuine); minor but useful duplication, Fine to Very Fine with better throughout, definitely worth viewing, in person or online.
