Group of 65 Covers and Cards from Manitoba, Small Queens to 1970s, this group was put together by a collector with an eye for the unusual, and contains perfins, illustrated advertising, officials frankings, registered, Admiral frankings, a red Winnipeg Dec.24.1926 slogan cancel, a private registration label on a War Tax cover, two real photo cards from HBC Norway House and HBC Rossville, an 1898 QV Leaf private postcard with Winnipeg squared circle, various MOON or similar postmarks, a few small towns (Tuxedo, Bield, Zelena, etc.) and much more. Last but not least is a specialized collection on "MacDonald, Tupper, Phippen & Tupper, Barristers and Solicitors" in Winnipeg, with lots of historical information on the firm and its partners, as well as firm corner cards, mail addressed to them, a study of their perfin (with 30 perfined stamps), photographs, postcards etc. A few have faults, still an overall fine or better group.
