HOUGH FDC COLLECTION OF VIRGINIA DARE, incredible collection of nearly 250 mostly different covers, mounted in (3) three ring binders, in order by Planty numbers, the collection is nearly complete missing perhaps 20-25 Planty varieties, in many cases there is a FDC and a 2nd day cover with the same cachet, there are also many "Dare, Va."
