Entire from Jacmel to Genoa, Italy, sent unpaid and despatched from the British P.O. in Jacmel and put aboard RMSPC "Tasmanian" (endorsed at top), arriving in Plymouth with London transit bs, then to Genoa with "12" decimes charge and Italian 1870 Postage Due 1L and 10c vertical pair franked on arrival, attractive postage due cover from Central America.
