On Palo hingeless pages and comprising Cameroun, Caroline Islands, German East Africa, German New Guinea, Kiauchau, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, New Britain, Samoa, Togo and Heligoland; coverage varies from one locale to another, but all feature overprinted German issues and a regatta of Kaiser's Yachts; some WWI Occupation issues present, as is a New Britain Registration Label surcharged "G.R.I./3d.", Samoa Kingdom and New Zealand issues, and a pretty array of Heligoland; generally fresh, clean and sound, Very Fine on the whole, worth review.
