image Georgia, Mint Imperf Blocks of 40k St. George, 1919, Eight corner blocks of thirty of the 40k value of the 1919 St. George issue with almost all stamps NH. It is Scott #8, but as unusual as it is to find blocks of this size for this issue, the 40k has tête-bêche configurations. In each block, there is a possibility for six vertical pairs and three horizontal pairs; that's a total of 72 for this lot and a total catalogue value of over $3,600! generally Fine to Very Fine.
