Specialized Collection with Booklet Panes, Varieties, and Interesting Postal History (Scott 552a//720b), commencing with cover box used to send 25¢ booklets containing 1¢ stamps and label for box to send various denominations of booklets, including 25 booklet panes of six with 1923 1¢ pane position N, and 2¢ carmine panes positions M, N, and O showing guide lines, unused, o.g., various plate numbers with 2¢ rotary press perf. 10 (#583a) showing part plate number 17451, and superb representation of 1¢ and 2¢ booklet panes of six and booklet cover with dramatic pre-printing paper folds, 1¢ to 3¢ booklet panes used on two covers (the 3¢ First Day), one with 1¢ and 2¢ used together to Czechoslovakia, 1¢ pair (position A) with Special Delivery 13¢ (#E13) on 1913 cover from Washington, D.C. to Toledo used on the First Day of Issue of the Special Delivery stamp, 2¢ paying redirection fee from Long Island to Harrisburg, Pa. on 1928 (?) cover originating in Tsingtau franked with China Junk 1c pairs (2) and 3c pair, and 2¢ pair and single used on 1928-29 separate envelopes canceled by U.S. Marine Corps in Nicaragua and Haiti daters respectively, mainly Fine to Very Fine.
