1893 Columbian Exposition, Dedication Ceremonies, "Postponement" notice announcing a change of date for the Expo Dedication Ceremonies from October 12 to October 21, 1893; printed card plus a Complimentary Admission Ticket for the rescheduled ceremonies made out to "The Mayor of Fayetteville" (N.C.), and the Exposition Committee envelope in which the two were mailed to the Mayor, franked with a 2¢ carmine (220) tied by a Sep 8 Chicago machine cancel; cover with some toning and worm damage (mostly on the back) and the top flap is missing; the announcement and ticket are quite nice.
