(date not legible) with red manuscript rate markings; insignificant vertical file fold at left; open on two sides with three intact red wax seals on reverse, Very Fine for this, quite an extraordinary cover, with only one other example recorded, Ex-Dr. Gene Scott, signed Calves, A.
