image Group of Roughly 150 Yukon and Northwest Territories Covers, in a small box, collected primarily for postmarks, ranging from 1929 to 1960. We estimate about half the lot are covers from 1960 to 1961, sent without contents, and collected for postmark interest including Northwest Territory towns: Fort Providence, Reindeer Depot, Sachs Harbour, Grise Fiord, and Alexandra Fiord, along with Yukon towns: McCabe Creek, Stewart River, Glacier Creek, Swift River, and Elsa. The lot also includes roughly 20 first flight covers from 1929 into the Northwest Territory, a few United States A. P. O. covers from the 1940s, and some commercial mail from the 1930s to the 1960s. Duplication up to 5 in some cases, with some wear and fault with the commercial mail. Overall fine to very fine. (Image)

We note seven 3c Small Queen covers, ranging from 1877 to 1886 (the majority being registered with Scott #F1), two hand painted non first day covers of the 1937 King George VI Coronation issue, commercial airmail covers from the 1930s to foreign destinations including: England (60c rate), France (40c rate), Canal Zone (25c rate), Bahamas (75c rate), along with registration, airmail, first day covers, primarily ranging from the 1920s to 1960s. The second binder contains roughly 100 first day covers, ranging from the 1935 (including Pictorial and Mufti) to the 1980s, including a few replacement cachet and private cachet makers Rosecraft and Cole. We note some Victorian, Edward VII, and King George VI machine cancel postcards (including some broken circle postmarks from smaller towns) and some slogan cancel corner cards (a few illustrated) from the 1930s onward with many appearing to have Toronto and London postmarks (including Western Fair slogans).
