1910 Farnham Camp Straight-Line on Real Photo Postcard, an equestrian real photo postcard "Sports at the Camp / Military Camp Farnham, Que", franked with 1c King Edward VII (may not be original to the card), postmarked with bold straight-line "CAMP JUNE 21 10" handstamp, unrecorded in Bailey & Toop. Doug Sayles. The journal of the BNAPS Military Mail Study Group (133) illustrates this card and notes its mysterious origins, remarking that it is only one of three recorded examples, and suggesting that it "could have been applied to camp mail to indicate its origin to the civil post office". Creasing, still rare. (Image)
