1922 2,000r definitive issue, with manuscript "5" in red ink over value tablet, changing it to "5,000r", unused, v.f., with 2001 Dr.Ceresa certificate ("three recorded used examples, including one on cover"). A rare manuscript provisional (Zagorsky mentions revalued stamps in the city of Zaqataly, where local revaluations were in effect for a few days after the introduction of new rates on November 15, 1922.
