Italian States: Lombardy-Venetia, 1863, Double Eagle, 15s yellow brown, perf 14 (Scott 19), an extraordinary mint example, fresh and mathematically centered witl full o.g., albeit with hinge remnants; shallow thin although certificate states "sound", likely occuring after the certificate was isued (as someone tried to remove part of the hinge), Extremely Fine, an incredible example of this rare mint stamp, signed Bloch with a 2006 Sismondo certificate.
