Upper left portion of stamp with clear to large margins, deep color and early impression, tied by "Guaranda, 15 Dec, 67" cds on folded letter sheet to Riobamba paying the ½r internal rate up to 1 oz., Very Fine, fewer than five bisect usages of this stamp are known originating from an early printing, ex-Longhi, with 2009 Moorhouse certificate.
