RUANDA: 1916 'RUANDA' Handstamps on Belgian Congo 5c to 5fr SG 1-7a, the 5c and 15c with black handstamps are a little aged, the 10c 25c 40c & 50c (lightly mounted) with violet handstamps are all superb unmounted & are probably from the Brussels 'reprints', the 1fr with black handstamp & 'URUNDI' cds (none of these are priced used), the 5fr with purple handstamp has no gum but with Pierre Kaiser (2000) and Luc Vander Marcken (2015) Certificates, Cat £4880 (the 5fr £4250).
