1909-12 £1 (240 X NSW 1d) Melbourne Printing BW #B3B(N)C Deep Purple-Brown on Pink Cover with view of 'GENERAL POST OFFICE, PERTH' on back cover, the inside of the covers tinted yellow with printed ledger to record the distribution of contents, the booklet without
stamps, although the selvedge is partly intact indicating the contents to have been NSW 1d Shield stamps, annotations in the internal ledger dated suggest the booklet was in service between May 2 and May 18 (1910?), aside from some trivial blemishes
the booklet in very good condition, Cat $10,000. A rare survivor, being one of just two known. (Image1) (Image2)
