RARE CENSOR: Cover sent from Rosario to Concepción (Paraguay) on 7/JUN/1947, on back it bears a transit mark of Asunción 9/JUN, and arrival of 19/JA/1948!!, on arrival it was censored and it received a label: "ABIERTA POR LA CENSURA - Policía Técnica de Emergencia - CONCEPCION - PARAGUAY". They delay to arrive and the censorship were due to the bloody civil war taking place at the time, very fine quality, rare!! (Image)
