Courtney Vyvyan, from his home in Pax Hill near Bentley, Hampshire, franked by three K.G.V 1/2d. stamps with perfin “BSA”. Perfins were used at the Scout Headquarters in London from 1912 till 1928 when a meter machine was installed.
