A review using Power Search found only a single unused example of this shade, from the 1993 Piller sale. This is the only block, either used or unused, that we have encountered.

Accompanied by a 1987 letter and note from Dr. Amonette confirming the color and position and stating "your block of Exp. OB is unique as far as I am concerned." Unlisted in Scott Catalogue as a block, listed but unpriced as unused single (Image)
