Three, one mint and two tied by purple Silver Spring Md. circular datestamps to blue "Your Self-Service United States Post Office Wheaton Plaza" form letter from Postmaster William Bowman, BIA Cover Type WPB-11b, made up for the Wheaton Plaza Self-Service U.S. Post Office in Silver Spring, MD which was open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, these $1.00 booklets contain blocks of four of the 25c Paul Revere No. 1048 and were first issued with plain white covers and then with red and white printed covers with either one or two staples and were intended for mailing parcels, these were short-lived being available for just over four months between Oct. 15, 1964-Feb. 25 1965, it is doubtful many survived - particularly tied to the postmaster form letter (Image)
